Personal boundaries are inherently difficult to discuss. A lot of people either don’t care or aren’t aware of other people’s boundaries. Even those with good intentions make mistakes all the time trying to communicate boundaries.

This problem only gets worse in large groups of people, such as work or school, where it's hard for people to find time to communicate with each other clearly.

The goal of this app is to make a welcoming environment for people to learn about their personal boundaries and discuss them safely.

With the use of our course mascot CMGaTo, we will guide people through the process of learning about boundaries. 

Our goal is NOT to solve interpersonal conflicts or to give targeted advice to individuals. If you have problematic people in your group, this app should not be used to communicate your problems with them.

The app offers two main features: A Piechart themed questionnaire and a conversation tool.

The manual will guide you step by step through everything this app has to offer. The chapters can be read in any order and be understood without knowledge from other chapters. However, we strongly recommend reading them in written order.
